How do I compare sauces?

Use each product's description and available options to compare the listed sauce or set. Check ingredients, size and any relevant dietary information before ordering; flavor preferences differ from person to person.

Where can you ship, and what does it cost?

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the services and charges available for that order. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery assistance.

How long will my order take?

Allow about 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization, then an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count, and the estimate is not a fixed arrival promise.

Can I return a sauce because I changed my mind?

Change-of-mind returns, personal preferences and a wrong size or option selected by the customer are outside our voluntary return policy. Rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

What if something is wrong with the delivery?

Request help within 30 calendar days after delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods. Keep packaging and send order details and photos or video; obtain authorization before returning anything. See the Refund Policy for instructions.

When is an approved refund processed?

We initiate an approved refund within 10 calendar days to the original payment method; posting to the account can take additional time with the financial provider.

Which payment options can I use?

Where is my tracking update?

Consult the shipment details sent for your order when tracking is available. New carrier scans may not appear immediately. Ask for help if tracking stops or a delivered parcel cannot be located.
