These terms explain the conditions for using our store and placing orders. Applicable consumer protections remain in effect even where they cannot be excluded by agreement.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person's details. Site text, designs and imagery remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Listings and orders

Read the description and selected options before ordering. We seek accurate listings, but display differences and occasional errors can occur. A purchase submission is an offer; a receipt acknowledges the submission and does not resolve availability, payment verification or any material listing error. We will communicate if an order cannot proceed, with any required remedy under applicable law.

Price and fulfillment

Check the USD price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and payment method at checkout before authorizing the total. Our Payment Policy describes payment issues. Delivery estimates and parcel assistance are addressed in the Shipping Policy; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Problems with an order

The Refund Policy sets out the problem-item request process, approval requirements and refund timeline. Responsibilities for delivery, remedies and losses remain subject to mandatory law; these terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and questions
